About the Role
First Due is looking for a Client Success Manager to support leading public safety agencies. In this role, you will oversee the post-sale client relationship, ensuring agencies maximize the value of the First Due platform through deployment, training, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with public safety customers across North America.
- Drive client retention and expansion to reduce churn and increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Work closely with Chiefs, Firefighters, Administrators, and IT teams to understand their needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities and help customers optimize their use of First Due’s solutions.
- Coordinate with the Deployment team to set up and configure customer accounts.
- Conduct training sessions for Chiefs, Officers, and frontline personnel.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to prioritize customer feature requests.
- Enhance product adoption, satisfaction, and overall customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in public safety (fire, EMS, or related fields).
- Experience managing or implementing software platforms.
- Strong project management skills, including communication, training, and coordination.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- A passion for public safety and technology.
