Codvo is hiring an experienced Marketing Director – AI Native Growth to lead top-of-funnel demand generation and pipeline creation initiatives. The selected candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing systems that generate qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and revenue pipeline.
This is a leadership role for professionals who understand how to combine AI technologies with modern demand generation strategies to create measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Targeting
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Build account-based targeting strategies
- Create and manage AI-powered account intelligence systems
- Prioritize target accounts using intent and engagement signals
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Design multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
- Develop scalable lead generation programs
- Launch and test growth experiments regularly
- Convert case studies and customer success stories into demand-generation assets
Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with SDR and Sales teams
- Create AI-assisted prospecting workflows
- Improve messaging based on customer conversations and feedback
- Participate in pipeline review meetings
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Maintain campaign attribution and tracking systems
- Build dashboards for performance monitoring
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization
Required Experience
- 12–15 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, SaaS, AI, GIS, data, or technology services experience
- Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Experience managing revenue-focused marketing programs
- Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and AI tools
- Ability to translate technical AI solutions into business value propositions
