Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing medical underwriting operations, maintaining quality standards, handling third-party administrators (TPAs), preparing management reports, and ensuring smooth medical network operations.
The role requires expertise in data analysis, stakeholder management, process coordination, quality checks, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical network operations from end to end.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
- Conduct data analysis and identify root causes of operational issues.
- Coordinate with TPAs and external stakeholders.
- Handle diagnostic center empanelment and mystery audits.
- Maintain internal claim data for quality validation.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) activities of vendors.
- Conduct calls and training sessions for TPAs.
- Track and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities.
- Handle detractor calls and customer feedback.
- Maintain audit-related records and trackers.
- Perform quality checks of physical and digital medical reports.
- Ensure process compliance and operational efficiency.
