Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects, plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
- Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and external partners.
- Support Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management implementations.
- Drive technology setup and provide platform training.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate go-live forecasts and proactive client communication.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams for smooth handovers.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or client success.
- Basic knowledge of EOR, global employment, payroll, HR, or Managed Services.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
