The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, shape product direction, manage the product backlog, and deliver high-quality customer-focused outcomes.
A key part of this position is the effective use of AI-powered tools throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will use AI to support product discovery, requirements refinement, backlog prioritization, analysis, forecasting, risk identification, documentation, and decision-making while applying strong independent product judgment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Agile Product Owner for engineering Scrum teams.
- Own and prioritize the backlog for a feature area.
- Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI tools to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Identify risks, gaps, patterns, and opportunities through AI-assisted analysis.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Validate completed work against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Drive projects toward completion with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Balance AI-enabled innovation with strong product strategy and human decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience working with technical teams, product development, or product management. Experience with AI-enabled workflows or AI-driven product capabilities is a strong plus. Candidates who do not meet every listed requirement but have relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
