Converge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – ServiceNow to lead complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules and client environments. The role is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through design validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The Senior Project Manager will act as a key liaison between clients, executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business teams. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining strong governance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
This position is part of the Professional Services practice and reports to the Manager, Project Management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 7 years of project or program management experience, including proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or enterprise ITSM platform projects.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
The position also requires:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- ITIL certification
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, SPM, and related modules.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee discovery, requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive updates.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and RAID logs.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving architects, developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and offshore resources and support resource planning and capacity management.
- Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, financial reporting, billing milestones, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with SOWs, contractual commitments, PMO standards, and delivery frameworks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Understanding of ITIL service management principles.
- Experience with enterprise software delivery, integrations, data migration, and platform modernization.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong project planning, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of project/program management experience, significant ServiceNow implementation experience, and experience managing client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, or technology services environments.
Candidates should also demonstrate success in delivering complex, multi-workstream projects involving distributed and cross-functional teams.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
