Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Partner with managers on HR and employee matters.
- Support onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Maintain HR records, HRIS, policies, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate leave, compliance, and office administration.
- Prepare HR dashboards and analyse workforce data.
