JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Change and Transformation Manager, you will combine Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise with strong project management capabilities. You will take ownership of complex cross-site projects and programs, coordinate stakeholders and dependencies, and develop change strategies that support long-term organizational adoption.
The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams and matrix structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex cross-site change projects and programs.
- Own decision-making while ensuring alignment with strategic Diagnostics product goals.
- Manage interdependencies, timelines, budgets and change activities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
- Identify organizational impacts and translate them into actionable plans.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-department teams when required.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Support successful adoption of global transformation initiatives.
- Provide change advisory support focused on the people side of transformation.
- Coordinate impacts across multiple interconnected initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
