EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6–10 years of experience in Change and Release Management.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end IT change processes, including assessment, approval, implementation, and validation.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and change reviews.
- Ensure required test signoffs, runbooks, business approvals, and stakeholder communications are completed.
- Manage release schedules, deployment timelines, release calendars, and go/no-go decisions.
- Maintain CMDB and iCare records accurately.
- Develop reporting dashboards and analyze ticket trends.
- Coordinate with technology teams and partners on hardware, software, and application assets.
- Drive ITIL process automation, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- ServiceNow and/or Jira Service Management experience.
- Change and release management expertise.
- Risk assessment, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and governance abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
