Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing enterprise customers.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Support onboarding and customer enablement activities.
- Promote Megaport products, services, and new feature enhancements.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Solution Architecture teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Develop long-term customer engagement strategies.
- Increase customer adoption and service utilization.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Enterprise Software, Internet Services, Telecommunications, or Cloud Technology.
- At least 3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide business solutions.
- Experience in consultative selling and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud networking, or virtualized infrastructure will be an added advantage.
