📊 About the Role: Data QA Specialist
We’re hiring a Data QA Specialist to support our rapidly growing E-commerce Insights Product. In this role, you’ll be at the core of our data pipeline—ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency of large-scale datasets.
You’ll transform raw receipt and email-based data into clean, structured, and reliable business intelligence using our proprietary tools—working closely with top-tier engineering and data teams in the US and China.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Extract, label, clean, and validate large datasets (email panel & AI-generated data)
- Monitor data trends for merchants and vendors
- Investigate anomalies like data spikes or drops
- Ensure consistency and stability of merchant data
- Collaborate with global teams (US & China)
- Respond to analyst and client data queries
- Follow strict data security and confidentiality standards
🎯 You’ll Succeed If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree (CS, Statistics, Analytics, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in Data QA, Data Analysis, or Quality Assurance
- Experience with data tagging, cleaning, Regex
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python (plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Comfort working independently in a remote, global team
