💼 Job Role: What You Will Do
As a Litigation Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to support legal data workflows.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working collaboratively with Engineering, IT, Applications, and Project Management teams
- Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data into hosted platforms
- Supporting customers via email, phone, and screen-sharing tools
- Creating user accounts, permissions, and databases for client access
- Investigating client inquiries related to search results, printing, and technical issues
- Managing tasks through internal systems while meeting SLA requirements
- Participating in team meetings and company town halls
🎯 What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with E-Discovery tools (Relativity preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- High technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment
