🌟 About the Role
Amazon is hiring Associate – ML Data Operations to support its GO-AI Operations team, a critical unit that enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, stow quality, and operational excellence using advanced machine learning workflows combined with human judgment.
As an Associate, you will review short image and video clips from fulfillment centers, analyze stowing activities, and accurately label or verify product locations using specialized tools. Your work will directly improve automation systems and reduce defects across Amazon’s global operations.
This is a non-technical, operations-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, focus, and consistency.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Watch and audit hundreds of short videos/images per shift
- Accurately identify and verify product placement and stow actions
- Use internal tools to mark correct product locations
- Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and quality benchmarks
- Follow predefined workflows, guidelines, and best practices
- Meet incremental performance targets consistently
- Work effectively in remote and cross-functional teams
- Maintain data confidentiality and workspace security (for WFH associates)
📅 A Day in the Life
- Work in a 9-hour shift (including scheduled breaks)
- Spend 6.8–7 hours per day actively auditing videos/images
- Operate in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Shift timings may change every 3–4 months based on business needs
- Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon policy
- Weekly Offs: 2 consecutive rotational days (not always weekends)
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Willingness to work in a non-tech role for 6 months
- Ability to analyze blurry or low-quality videos
- High level of attention, focus, and visual accuracy
- Comfortable working with targets, metrics, and productivity goals
- Willing to work night shifts and rotational schedules
- Ability to switch on camera during virtual meetings
- Ready to work from office occasionally if required
