This position is hired through an Employer of Record (EoR) partner in India. While you will be legally employed through the EoR partner, you will work as a full-time member of the Credit Acceptance global team and collaborate directly with U.S.-based professionals.
Job Role
Credit Acceptance is hiring a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to strengthen its Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and support digital marketing transformation. The selected candidate will help design, implement, optimize, and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and marketing technology solutions while enabling data-driven decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in digital analytics, marketing technology, Adobe platforms, web analytics, customer data platforms, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Adobe Experience Platform schemas and datasets.
- Support Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
- Build scalable marketing technology solutions.
- Manage website tagging and tracking implementations.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Develop scalable measurement frameworks.
- Maintain tracking documentation.
- Support QA automation and website validation.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- Improve reporting and customer insights using Adobe technologies.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in web analytics implementation.
- Tag management experience.
- Knowledge of digital measurement frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
