💼 About the Role: Data QA Associate
As a Data QA Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data. You will work closely with world-class engineering and data teams in the US and China, transforming raw receipt and AI-generated data into meaningful business insights.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) who want to grow quickly in a high-impact environment.
📍 Location: Remote (India)
🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST (with some overlap with US/China teams)
🗓 Start Date: As soon as possible (no later than June 2025)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, label, and validate large datasets with high accuracy
- Perform quality checks on email panel and AI-generated data
- Monitor data trends for merchants and vendors
- Investigate data anomalies such as sudden spikes or drops
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure data consistency
- Respond to analyst and client queries in a timely manner
- Ensure strict compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
🎯 Who Should Apply?
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in data analysis or QA roles
- Experience with data cleaning, tagging, Regex
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python (plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team
