As a Social Media & Branding Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing branding strategies across multiple digital platforms. You will oversee social media campaigns, improve website user experience, design marketing creatives, and ensure a consistent brand identity. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Improve website and landing page UI/UX for better user engagement.
- Design banners, social media creatives, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Lead visual storytelling initiatives for branding campaigns.
- Plan and execute employer branding and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams.

Required Skills
- 9–10+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Branding, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Branding and Visual Identity.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Advanced Graphic Design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and related software.
- Experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification.
- Experience in the IT or Software industry.
- Experience leading complete brand transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization.
