Cytel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support the Resource Management department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in data analysis and data quality, providing key insights through dashboards, reporting, and visualization. Your contributions will assist operational stakeholders in making critical business decisions and achieving key objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in requirements gathering, facilitating new tools and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Resource Management department through data analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
2. Utilize dashboards, reporting, and visualization to provide meaningful metrics, trends, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels.
3. Collaborate with Resource Management, Project Management, Finance, and Talent Acquisition departments to deliver clear and concise analysis.
4. Develop a deep understanding of Cytel’s data to enhance data quality and conduct regular data cleaning efforts.
5. Monitor key data elements for accuracy and completeness, proactively addressing data quality issues.
6. Collaborate across departments to collect data and requirements, providing input for resourcing models.
7. Communicate key findings to stakeholders through interactive data visualizations and dashboards.
8. Support training on systems, processes, and analytics related to resource management practices.
9. Lead data-driven research projects to improve service offerings.
10. Provide recommendations for process automation and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Five or more years’ experience in data analysis for forecasting purposes. Preferably with CRO experience in Recruitment Analytics or Resource Management.

Skills:

• General knowledge of the CRO industry, Clinical Trials, and Drug Development processes.
• Reporting and Analytics experience in Resource Management, Project Management, or Human Resources.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, or Tableau.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail.
