🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute technical data processes and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Hosting, PMs, Executives).
- Process, normalize, QA, and deliver data to clients.
- Handle non-standard client requests outside of the traditional EDRM model.
- Ensure all tasks are completed timely, documented, and billable hours submitted.
- Constantly learn, grow, and adapt to a dynamic tech ecosystem.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- ✅ Experience: Prior exposure to litigation support tools and Microsoft Excel (advanced level) is a big plus!
- ✅ Skills: Fluent in English, excellent communication, problem-solving, and a tech-first mindset.
- 🖥️ Bonus: Knowledge of Relativity, SQL, scripting languages, Concordance, LAW, or Summation.
