• Provide email, chat, and ticketing system support to global customers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Java & Python-based applications.
• Assist with PKI functions like cryptographic protocols, certificate validation, and key management.
• Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues in test environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Create support documents, diagnostic tools, and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate advanced issues to senior support staff or developers.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Knowledge of PKI, 509 certificates, SSL/TLS, digital signatures, and keystores.
• Hands-on with keytool, OpenSSL, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Comfortable with Linux/Unix and CLI tools.
