💼 Your Role as a Business Analyst
At DCKAP, Business Analysts are the strategic bridge between customer needs and technical execution. You’ll lead client integrations, translate requirements into powerful solutions, and ensure seamless communication across platforms like ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients to implement DCKAP Integrator for smooth data sync between eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, EvolutionX) and ERPs (Epicor P21, DistributionOne).
- Lead complete project lifecycle: requirement gathering ➜ system setup ➜ integration ➜ UAT ➜ Go-Live.
- Draft and manage BRDs & FRDs.
- Handle post-live support to drive customer satisfaction.
- Work across Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Shopify, Magento, EvolutionX and more.
- Use Jira for project tracking and resource planning.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and guide on REST APIs and system architecture.
✅ What We Expect from You
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years in integration-related roles (ERP, CRM, eCommerce).
- Strong client interaction skills and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency with Jira, REST APIs, and modern project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with drafting BRDs, FRDs, and leading UAT cycles.
- Exposure to API-based systems is a huge plus.
