💻 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Support day-to-day service desk operations
✔️ Manage and assign tickets (incidents/service requests) raised by clients & internal teams
✔️ Perform 1st line diagnostics, customer-focused support, and issue resolution
✔️ Use tools like SysAid, Kimble, Smartsheets (we train you!)
✔️ Prepare service reports, track SLAs, and assist the Service Delivery Manager
✔️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project support
