About the Role
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power BI Manager to lead enterprise-wide business intelligence initiatives. The selected candidate will manage Power BI developers and analysts while ensuring the successful delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Power BI development team.
- Deliver high-quality dashboards and reports.
- Implement Power BI governance and security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for reporting requirements.
- Design scalable data models and reporting architectures.
- Promote self-service analytics across the organization.
- Optimize Power BI performance and usage.
- Manage Power BI Service administration and workspace governance.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor BI developers and analysts.
- Coordinate with IT, Data Engineering, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Strong SQL and Data Warehousing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
