EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Experience: 5–7 years of Analyst experience
- Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven software systems and project experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze requirements and design Workday system solutions.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Develop test plans, execute scenarios, and document results.
- Support Workday, SQL, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and related systems.
- Prepare reports, forms, training documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, communication, and accountability.
- Provide production support and maintain knowledge-base information.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connector and Workday Studio
- Payroll and benefits integrations
- SQL, XSLT and API/integration technologies
- DocuSign knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and organizational skills
