EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in Data Analytics or related fields.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- B.Tech/BE/BSc/MSc/M.Tech in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- PhD holders or candidates pursuing a PhD are preferred.
- Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics certifications are preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct live lessons, weekly video tutoring, and on-demand tutoring.
- Maintain a minimum 80% QA score.
- Review academic content and provide structured feedback.
- Mentor newly onboarded experts during their first 90 days.
- Identify learner knowledge gaps and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to curriculum updates and new course recommendations.
- Curate emerging analytics tools, datasets, and workflows.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, and PostgreSQL, along with knowledge of EDA, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, data visualization, data cleaning, and business insights.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must have strong communication skills, written and verbal English proficiency, learner empathy, analytical thinking, and the ability to teach US-based learners. Willingness to work rotational shifts and week-offs is required.
