KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and implement a product operations framework and consistent product development lifecycle.
- Establish standards for product documentation, roadmaps, prioritization, and planning.
- Evaluate and implement product planning, backlog, and roadmapping tools.
- Build dashboards for product health, delivery velocity, and portfolio visibility.
- Manage QBRs, roadmap reviews, sprint demos, and leadership meetings.
- Track product OKRs and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop onboarding, training, templates, and enablement resources.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
- Independently manage special projects for product leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 6+ years in product operations, product management, program management, or strategy & operations.
- Proven experience building or significantly maturing product operations.
- Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or Notion.
- Ability to collaborate across global time zones, including US teams.
Preferred: Healthcare IT, life sciences, enterprise SaaS, OKR experience, prior product management experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
