KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document AI automation requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes.
- Define workflows, decision points, human-in-the-loop steps, triggers, and API touchpoints.
- Create user stories, business rules, field mappings, and prompt requirements.
- Analyze data flows, exceptions, and reconciliation rules.
- Improve requirements documentation, governance, and delivery predictability.
- Support sprint planning and UAT validation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.
- Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, integrations, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, data mapping, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong analytical, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of AI privacy, security, and operational risk.
