The Content Analyst (Data Steward) will analyze and evaluate content, support data governance activities, identify data quality issues, and work with multiple teams to ensure information is properly classified, managed, maintained, and updated. The position reports directly to the Product Owner in the Precision Medicine Group, India.

This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in data management, data governance, data quality, metadata management, SQL, database systems, and US Healthcare data.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, validate, cleanse, and enrich data to maintain data quality.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and establish data quality standards.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata management practices.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor data integrity across multiple systems and applications.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality problems.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams to integrate data management processes into development and delivery activities.
  • Train end-users on data management best practices and procedures.
  • Support compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in data governance committees and collaborate with other data stewards.
  • Gather feedback from internal users and external clients to support data product improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of data management concepts.
  • Knowledge of data quality and data governance.
  • Understanding of metadata management and data lineage.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
  • Experience with data profiling and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare data.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other Master Data Management (MDM) tools is preferred. Familiarity with Snowflake is also an advantage.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, knowledge of data management and governance concepts, and 1–2 years of work experience involving US Healthcare data.
