Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries and provide support.
- Manage orders from creation to completion.
- Maintain accurate data across internal systems.
- Identify and report system bugs and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Complete support tickets within one business day.
- Meet quality standards and scheduled work deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Experience working with US-based business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools.
- Available to work the US Central Time schedule.
Salary and Benefits
