💼 Job Title: Product Data Analyst

Granicus is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Data Analyst who thrives on turning raw data into powerful strategic insights.

You will work closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and data teams to analyze trends, optimize product performance, and build dashboards that influence company-wide product strategies.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact)
As a Product Data Analyst at Granicus, you will:
✔ Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for 20+ products
✔ Analyze product performance metrics to drive decision-making
✔ Collaborate with product leaders, scrum masters, and engineers
✔ Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets using Excel and Power BI
✔ Maintain and optimize Salesforce reports
✔ Identify usage trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
✔ Train teams to effectively use dashboards and analytics tools
✔ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability
You won’t just analyze numbers — you’ll shape product direction.
🧠 What You Should Have
✔ 4+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Complex Formulas)
✔ Strong Power BI experience (Data Modeling, Dashboard Creation)
✔ Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
✔ Strong analytical thinking and visualization skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights
