🎯 Role Overview
As a Remote Ops Intern / Associate Account Manager, you will support daily operations for healthcare facilities using Dozee’s RPM program.
You will ensure:
- Patients are properly onboarded
- Consents are active
- Tele-visits are completed
- Vitals are monitored
- CPT codes are tracked accurately
You will act as the single point of contact for assigned facilities and coordinate between Field Ops, Clinical Ops, Tech Support, and RevOps teams.
This is an entry-level, high-impact role that gives you exposure to healthcare operations, compliance, analytics, and revenue workflows.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
✅ Facility Ownership & Coordination
- Manage assigned facilities as the primary operations contact
- Monitor patient activity, insurance eligibility, ADTs, and telehealth schedules
- Escalate data issues and mismatches
✅ Patient Consent Tracking
- Ensure 100% eligible patients have active consent
- Maintain live consent trackers
- Share weekly updates and escalate delays
✅ Tele-Visit Scheduling & Tracking
- Track completed and pending tele-visits
- Coordinate with FCCs and Nurse Practitioners
- Ensure accurate documentation
✅ CPT Code Eligibility Tracking
- Track CPT codes: 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, 99091
- Confirm vitals-day requirements
- Reduce billing leakages
✅ Vitals Monitoring & Compliance
- Ensure Medicare ≥16 days vitals/month
- Ensure Medicaid ≥2 days vitals/month
- Coordinate device and connectivity issue resolution
✅ ADT Event Tracking
- Monitor admissions and discharges
- Ensure correct onboarding workflow
- Prevent unqualified billing
🎓 Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers encouraged)
