📌 Position 1: Manager Sales
Location: Srinagar (Headquarters)
Area of Operation: Entire Kashmir Valley
Industry Preference: FMCG / Spices Industry
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across multiple territories
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
- Identify new markets, distributors, and retail channels
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly & annual targets
