Key Responsibilities:
✅ GeM Portal & Government Procurement
- Handle end-to-end GeM Portal operations
- Upload products, manage catalogs, pricing, and bids
- Track BOQs, L1/L2 status, and order conversions
- Coordinate compliance and documentation
✅ Government, PSU & Institutional Business Development
- Develop new business from Government Departments, PSUs, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals & Institutions
- Build long-term relationships with procurement officers
- Attend meetings, presentations, and negotiations
✅ Brand Representation
- Represent IMCO Industries professionally with Govt bodies & PSUs
- Promote IMCO’s product quality and manufacturing strength
✅ Product Catalogs, Compliance & Certifications
- Maintain updated product catalogs
- Ensure certifications and compliance documents are tender-ready
✅ Digital Systems & Process Building
- Improve internal systems for tracking leads, tenders, and orders
- Support digital transformation and reporting processes
