🧠 What You Will Do (Your Day-to-Day Impact)
As a Litigation Data Analyst, you will be at the center of digital legal operations:
- Work closely with Engineering, IT, Applications, and Project Management teams
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) client data into secure hosted platforms
- Use Relativity and other eDiscovery tools to manage, organize, and analyze legal data
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and screen-sharing
- Create user accounts and send secure access invitations to end-users
- Set up databases and user permissions before client onboarding
- Investigate and resolve client queries related to:
- Search results
- Data processing
- Printing
- Technical or access issues
- Manage tasks through internal systems while meeting strict SLA timelines
- Participate in team meetings and company town halls
