Role Overview: Associate IT Asset Management Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate IT Asset Management Analyst to join our remote India team. You will help manage and track IT assets across the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with asset management policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain IT asset records (hardware, software, peripherals).
- Assist in acquiring new IT assets.
- Keep accurate data on serial numbers, locations, configurations, and ownership.
- Support inventory audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist with IT asset disposal processes.
- Respond to basic service requests related to IT assets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Eagerness to learn about IT hardware, software, and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
