Role Overview:
We are hiring a People Operations & Payroll Analyst to join our team. You will manage HR operations, maintain employee records, handle payroll processes, and support HR systems and data. You will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations & Systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in HRIS (Workday).

Ensure accurate employee data and generate reports on metrics like attrition and attendance.

Analyze HR data to find trends and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Support payroll vendor and benefits enrollment processes.
-
Verify attendance and leave data for payroll accuracy.

Train employees on HR tools and answer HR-related queries.

Identify and automate process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

4+ years of experience in HR operations or payroll.

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity).

Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and payroll systems (Safeguard a plus).

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

HR certifications like SHRM or HRCI preferred.
