Infor is seeking a Financial Analyst, Associate to join our Education team. You will support internal and external customers, focusing on billing transactions, revenue reporting, and account management. This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business growth through clear communication and strong collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up payment accounts and process billing transactions.
- Review statements of work and billing reports.
- Ensure data integrity across systems for accurate invoicing.
- Communicate with Accounts Payable, Accounting, Cash Applications, Global Renewals, Collections, and other teams.
- Handle customer billing inquiries with excellent service.
- Assist managers with bi-monthly revenue forecasting.
- Support other operational and business-related tasks as needed.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles.
- Experience in revenue reporting and data validation.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Able to work flexibly across different hours and handle multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in billing, revenue reconciliation, preferably in a corporate education environment.
- CPA, CMA, or finance/data analytics certifications are a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, or Softrax.
Software Skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (advanced skills preferred).
- ERP system experience.
