Essential Qualification:
- Second class Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- 20 years of experience in Civil works in University, Institution, Project, Government, PWD, with a minimum of 10 years in the rank of Deputy Estates Officer/Executive Engineer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, repair, and construction of University buildings, roads, fencing, drainage systems, play areas, and non-agricultural land.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, installation, and construction of utility services such as water supply, electricity, power, and fire protection.
- Prepare the annual works budget for the University.
- Maintain up-to-date records of immovable property and works stores of the University.
- Handle procurement and disposal of University property.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Vice-Chancellor as required.

- Age: Not less than 22 years and not more than 55 years as of 01.01.2023. Age relaxation for in-service candidates.
