Essential/Desirable Qualification:
- M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology or closely related fields (with first division as defined by the awarding Institute/ University) from recognized Universities/ Institutes.
- CSIR/UGC-NET (Equivalent qualification/ fellowship) or valid GATE score. Desirable: Knowledge of SEM, Path Analysis using IBM-SPSS/ AMOS, Mediation/ Moderation/ Conditional Process Analysis, Scientific writing skills.
Stipend: INR 31,000 plus admissible HRA for the first two years and INR 35,000 plus admissible HRA for the third year.
Age Limit: 28 years on the date of the interview, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH and female candidates as per Government of India norms.
Duration of the Position: The initial appointment will be for one year, which is extendable up to the duration of the project (about 3 years), based solely on performance.
