Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage international conferences and events.
• Coordinate registrations, exhibitions, sponsorships, and budgets.
• Manage book displays, shipments, and conference sales.
• Coordinate author and editor participation.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Editorial, and Design teams.
• Organize event promotions and digital campaigns.
• Manage in-person and virtual event logistics.
• Prepare event reports and track performance.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Event and conference coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and digital event platforms.

Eligibility Criteria
