Experience Required
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and integrations.
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and technical discussions.
- Build REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Develop and optimize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including AI Agents, Skills, Orchestrator, and Now Assist.
- Participate in Agile sprints and backlog grooming.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong ITSM, Service Portal, and integration knowledge.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent technical and client communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
