Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, screen, and present qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and facilitate interviews.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks through market research and bench management.
- Develop proactive strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers regarding selection, compensation, and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Eligibility
Candidates should have proven experience across the recruitment process, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, candidate negotiation, and closing. Strong client focus, communication, time prioritization, adaptability, and continuous-improvement skills are required. Candidates should also have intermediate MS Office skills, applicant tracking system experience, and a strong social media presence.
