The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis and is initially for a period of three (03) months extendable up to six (06) months subject to good performance and conduct report from the Head Department of Microbiology. Moreover the waiting list of Microbiologist/Research Scientist could not be framed as no other candidate was eligible for the interview.
The selected candidates shall join this office within a period of 07 days from the date of publication of the list, failing which the candidates next in merit shall be allowed to join.
The selected candidates shall produce the following documents in original to this office at the time of joining,
- Date of Birth.
- State subject Certificate.
- Qualification Certificates.
- Experience Certificates.
- Registration certificate from J&K State/ paramedical Council/ Paramedical Council of India
- An affidavit duly signed by 1” class Magistrate to the effect that:-
- I have been appointed initially for a period of three (03) months extendable up to six (06) months subject to good performance.
- I will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration.
- I will not participate in any kind of strike/protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/hospital.
- My appointment will get terminated automatically and I shall have no claim on the post as soon as the appointment time period is over as mentioned in the advertisement or post is filled by the competent authority on permanent basis.
- If the documents filed by me are found wrong / incorrect at any point of time, my appointment shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceedings shall be initiated against me.
