Job Details:

Name of the Post: Staff Nurses

DNB: 7

Qualification: Matric with Diploma in Jr. Staff Nurse training from SMF or any other recognized Institute

Age: Upto 45 Years

Total Points:

1. Screening Test= 60 Points
2. Matric= 10 Points
3. Diploma in GNM training from SMF or any other recognized Institute = 15 Points
4. Viva-Voce = 15 Points.

Name of the Post: Dialysis Technician

Location: Dialysis Centre-District Hospital Pulwama

Vacancies: 2

Qualification: BSc. Renal Dialysis Technology/10+2 with Science & Diploma in Dialysis from Govt. Recognized Institute In case candidates are lessor equal to 5 times number of posts

In case candidates are lessor equal to 5 times number of posts

1. 1. 1. BSc. Renal Dialysis Technology/Diploma in Dialysis= 80 Points.
      2. Viva-Voce = 20 Points.
      3. Note:- Item 1 on Prorata Basis.

In case candidates are more than 5 times number of posts

1. 1. 1. Screening Test= 40 Points.
      2. BSc. Renal Dialysis Technology/Diploma in Dialysis= 40 Points.
      3. Viva-Voce = 20 Points.
      4. Note: Item 2 on Prorata Basis.

Name of the Post: Nursing Tutors GNM Training School

Vacancies: 3

Qualification: BSc Nursing

Experience: 1 Year Teaching Experience

Age: Upto 65 Years in case candidates are lessor equal to 5 times number of posts.

In case candidates are lessor equal to 5 times number of posts:

1. 1. 1. BSc Nursing = 80 Points
      2. Viva-Voce = 20 Points
      3. Note: Item 1 on Prorata Basis

In case candidates are more than 5 times number of posts:

1. 1. 1. Screening Test= 40 Points
      2. BSc. Nursing = 40 Points
      3. Viva-Voce = 20 Points
      4. Note: Item 2 on Prorata Basis

Terms and Conditions for Hiring of Staff under District Health Society Pulwama:

1. Contract will be for a period of One Year or 31st March 2021 whichever is earlier. However, period of contract can be extended on the basis of performance of selected candidate.
2. No extra weightage will be given to the candidates having higher qualification.
3. Application/s can be rejected by the screening committee if found deficiency in documents/ not eligible as per required criteria. As such ineligible candidates need not to apply.
4. The interested candidates may deposit their application forms by or before 03-09-2020 up to 4:00 P.M.

The following self attested documents (mandatory) must be submitted with the application form:

1. 10th /12th Marks Sheet whichever is applicable.
2. Date of Birth.
3. Diploma/Degree Marks Sheet.
4. Diploma/Degree Certificate.
5. Domicile Certificate (In case candidate doesn’t possess the Domicile Certificate he/she can apply. However same shall be mandatorily required at the time of his/her selection).
6. Married/ Unmarried Certificate for female duly sealed & signed by concerned Tehsildar.
