HighLevel is hiring a Self-Serve Apprentice for its Customer Acquisition team in India. This is a 6-month remote apprenticeship for candidates interested in customer support, SaaS, digital marketing and sales.
Selected candidates will receive structured training and coaching to help users understand the platform, complete trials and explore its features.

Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or internship experience is accepted.
- No previous SaaS or sales experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with product onboarding and trial activation.
- Respond to customer queries and guide users.
- Explain product features and best practices.
- Help users improve product adoption and engagement.
- Maintain customer records and feedback.
- Support email and in-app engagement campaigns.
- Work with marketing, product and customer experience teams.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer and technical knowledge.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and active listening.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.
- Interest in CRM, SEO, digital marketing and automation.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
- Graduates and candidates with equivalent practical experience are preferred.
- Internships and customer-facing experience are acceptable.
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
