🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Core Responsibilities)
📘 Documentation & Governance
- Create, maintain, and enhance clear, structured documentation for:
- Tool logic
- Workflow design
- Configurations
- Known issues and resolutions
- Ensure DDG logic aligns precisely with approved:
- Pricing guardrails
- Discount corridors
- Corporate pricing policies
- Act as a single source of truth for DDG workflows and logic.
🔄 Platform & Logic Support
- Support and optimize Alteryx workflows that drive DDG logic and decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft Power Apps solutions used by sales and deal desk teams.
- Troubleshoot logic, data flows, and system behavior to ensure accuracy and reliability.
🤝 Business Enablement
- Translate business requirements into technical logic and user-friendly solutions.
- Partner with pricing, sales operations, and deal desk teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support to sales users relying on DDG.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Pricing
- Deal Desk
- Sales Operations
- Analytics
- Or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx (or similar workflow automation/analytics tools).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to convert business needs into technical logic and user-facing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
🌟 Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with SQL, data validation, or multi-system data environments.
- Familiarity with:
- Pricing governance
- Deal approval workflows
- B2B SaaS pricing models
- Experience supporting internal tools for sales or revenue teams.
