Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) is one of the most prestigious agricultural universities in the region.

This recruitment is part of a DST-SEED Sponsored Research Project, supported by the Government of India, focusing on strengthening livelihood security of tribal communities in Kashmir.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
✅ Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must hold any one of the following degrees from a recognized university:
- MBA (ABM / HBM)
- MSc in Agricultural Economics
- MSc in Extension
- MSc in Seed Science & Technology
🌟 Desirable Experience (Preferred):
Applicants with experience in the following areas will get priority:
- SHG (Self Help Group) formation & registration
- Cooperatives & collectivization
- Rural marketing & networking
- Outreach work in remote or tribal areas
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
- ₹31,000 per month (Consolidated)
- + 10% HRA
- Work with a national research project
- Exposure to policy research, field outreach & development work
