👨💻 Your Role: IT Helpdesk Technician
Do you have a passion for tech troubleshooting, software support, and customer service? As a vital member of our IT Helpdesk team, you’ll:
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and more.
- Assist employees remotely via chat, email, or call with a friendly approach.
- Maintain tickets, asset inventory, user accounts, and documentation.
- Re-image and deploy laptops/desktops.
- Set up automation scripts to improve tech workflows.
- Support compliance (SOX, PCI) and maintain IT security standards.
🎯 What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in IT support (preferably in SaaS/Tech environment).
- Strong English communication (verbal + written).
- Degree in IT or relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.).
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, remote access tools.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, RingCentral.
- Fast and reliable internet (30 Mbps+) and a quiet WFH setup.
- Bonus: Experience with automation or scripting tools.
