🔍 Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for detail-oriented, fast-typing, and proactive individuals to join our Customer Success Team as Data Entry Specialists in our Energy/Utilities vertical. You’ll work with utility data from various providers and help us deliver excellence to our clients every single day!
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Process and input utility bill data with high accuracy
- Follow clearly outlined procedures and workflows
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently
- Maintain and manage sensitive client data securely
🎓 Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM
- Strong command of English (Reading & Comprehension)
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
