🧠 Your Role: Payer Bridging Data Analyst
You’ll be the data translator between large payer datasets, helping bring structure to complexity. If you have a knack for turning raw data into clear insights, love working with SQL, and can collaborate across teams, we want to hear from you.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Analyze massive US healthcare datasets (claims, formulary, etc.)
- Map payer hierarchies and bridge cross-dataset relationships
- Maintain and improve payer master data
- Use SQL, Excel, and optionally PL/SQL or Python
- Collaborate with stakeholders across tech + business
- Create reports to show mapping success rates
- Suggest and support process improvements
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in managed markets, pharma market access, or health insurance
- Strong experience analyzing healthcare data
