Key Responsibilities
- Write SQL queries using BigQuery and SQL Server.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Analyse insurance data, trends and business performance.
- Track quotes, premiums, retention and key business KPIs.
- Measure product performance and business impact.
- Research competitor data and pricing.
- Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL and Power BI knowledge.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience in insurance data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools for research and analysis.
- Good English communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Experience in data analysis, actuarial or product analytics.
- Ability to work independently with international teams.
- Good internet connection (30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
- Availability for 4 hours of US business hours overlap (7:30 PM–11:30 PM IST).
